Talisman Collection Return Terms and Conditions: We are happy to accept merchandise returns for store credits only, within 14 days of the shipping signature or pickup date, only if the merchandise tags are completely intact and the merchandise is unworn and brand new, and is returned with all packaging intact. Returns must be shipped or brought to our store with the pre-approved merchandise return authorization provided by Talisman Collection via email, by written request of the customer.
Talisman Collection does not accept returns of jewelry that has been sized or that has been in any way altered upon request of the customer or that has been worn by the customer. Talisman Collection provides merchandise credits but not refunds upon return of jewelry and gift items.
Customer requested modified jewelry is not refundable and is not returnable.
Talisman Collection deducts our shipping cost from the amount of merchandise credit for return of the item. Merchandise credits do not expire.
After 14 days of the day the purchase is placed by the customer, merchandise is non-returnable.
We provide shipping and local delivery free of charge in most instances for purchases.
Once an item is ordered by a customer and shipped to a customer, if the merchandise is not signed for by the customer after at least 2 shipper delivery attempts and/or is not picked up by the customer from the shipper's location local to the customer within the shippers time parameter, and the item is returned to Talisman Collection with no pickup by the customer, once Talisman Collection receives the refused or not picked up merchandise, the customer will not be refunded their purchase price minus Talisman Collection's cost of shipping to the customer and the cost of return shipping back to Talisman Collection.
Customer is responsible for merchandise ordered. Customer is responsible for returning merchandise with a return merchandise authorization obtained in advance of shipment.
