Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made within 3 hours of placing an order. Cancellation requests received after this period may not be accommodated.

Shipping

Talisman Collection Fine Jewelers Inc. does not offer free shipping unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the available Shopify shipping rates, destination, merchandise, and selected shipping method. Available shipping options and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

Refunds and Exchanges

Talisman Collection Fine Jewelers Inc. does not offer refunds.

We offer exchanges only within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item(s) are unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

All exchanges must be authorized by Talisman Collection Fine Jewelers Inc. in advance. Jewelry that has been worn, altered, resized, damaged, or otherwise modified is not eligible for an exchange. Customer-requested modified or customized jewelry is not eligible for exchange.
