Refund Policy

Talisman Collection Fine Jewelers Inc. does not offer refunds.

We offer exchanges only within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item(s) are unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

All exchanges must be authorized by Talisman Collection Fine Jewelers Inc. in advance. Please contact us before returning or bringing merchandise to our store so that we can provide the appropriate exchange instructions.

Jewelry that has been worn, altered, resized, damaged, or otherwise modified is not eligible for an exchange. Customer-requested modified or customized jewelry is not eligible for exchange.
