Exchanges

Talisman Collection Fine Jewelers Inc. offers exchanges only within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds.

To be eligible for an exchange, item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

All exchanges must be authorized by Talisman Collection Fine Jewelers Inc. in advance. Please contact us before returning or bringing merchandise to our store so that we can provide the appropriate exchange instructions.

Jewelry that has been worn, altered, resized, damaged, or otherwise modified is not eligible for exchange. Customer-requested modified or customized jewelry is not eligible for exchange.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made within 3 hours of placing an order.

Shipping

Talisman Collection Fine Jewelers Inc. does not offer free shipping.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the available Shopify shipping rates, destination, merchandise, and selected shipping method. Available shipping options and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before your order is completed.
