We are happy to accept merchandise returns for store credit within 14 days of purchase date provided the tags are completely intact and the merchandise is unworn and brand new. All returns must have a return authorization from
Talisman Collection Fine Jewelers Inc. in advance of returning. Merchandise credits do not expire. Cancellation of orders must take place within 3 hours of when orders are placed.
We ship orders over $500 overnight at no charge in the U.S. and Canada for all of our merchandise except furniture and items by Authentic Models. International shipping costs vary, depending on the items purchased. We do our very best to keep shipping costs very low or at no charge. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
